Three world-class production lines commissioned simultaneously! CNBM elevates its full-spectrum carbon fiber industrialization capability to a new height

On June 28, CNBM held a commissioning ceremony in Lianyungang for its high-performance carbon fiber production lines, showcasing three "world's largest" carbon fiber production lines.
The Lianyungang high-performance carbon fiber production base, which commenced construction in June 2023, covers 1,500 mu with a planned investment of RMB 6 billion. Designed with a 31,000-ton capacity across ten versatile lines, the three newly commissioned lines establish the world's largest 'high-strength, high-modulus, and large-tow' carbon fiber product matrix, featuring extensive market coverage, rapid investment returns, and advanced technical standards. The first line is the world's largest 1,000t/a SYT70 (T1100-grade) high-strength carbon fiber line, precision-engineered to meet the cutting-edge requirements for lightweighting and high load-bearing performance in the aerospace sector; the second line is the world's largest 5,000t/a SYT45S-48K carbon fiber line, widely applicable to industrial sectors such as wind power and new energy vehicles, providing cost-effective material support; the third line is the world's largest 600t/a high-modulus carbon fiber production line (M40 grade and above), serving deep-sea, deep-earth, and deep-space exploration, as well as sports equipment and 3C electronics, offering high-rigidity and high-precision material options. The project adheres to the philosophy of "green, high-end development, and digital intelligence". Following one month of trial operation, the initial batch of production lines has initially met standards upon commissioning, delivering stable and high-quality products to fulfill the market's trust and expectations.
